Website & Brand Refresh
Harbour Kitchen · four restaurants, one story, told properly online
01 · A note from us
Dear Nadia, thank you for the tour, and the turbot.
We left the Quayside room convinced of two things. First, that the food and the welcome need no help from us. Second, that anyone who meets Harbour Kitchen online first meets a site that undersells all of it: four venues squeezed into one template, photography from two refits ago, and a booking journey that hides behind a third-party widget.
What follows is how we’d fix that: a refreshed identity that stretches across all four rooms without flattening what makes each one itself, and a fast, beautiful site with bookings at the centre. We’ve kept the scope honest and the timeline real. We would genuinely love to do this work.

02 · Scope of work
Three phases, ten weeks, one launch
Phase one · Discovery
Weeks 1–2We spend time in all four venues, talk to the people who run them, and audit what the current site does and doesn’t do. Everything after this is built on what we learn here. PR-01
- Stakeholder interviews with the four general managers and the founding team
- Brand and content audit, booking-flow and analytics review
- Creative brief and sitemap, agreed together before a single pixel is drawn
Phase two · Design
Weeks 3–6The refreshed identity and the full site design, presented as working pages rather than flat pictures, so decisions are made on the real thing. PR-02
- Refreshed identity: wordmark refinement, palette, type system, menu templates
- Art-directed photography day at two venues (photographer included)
- Homepage, venue pages, menus, private dining and events, designed and reviewed in two rounds
Phase three · Build
Weeks 7–10We build the site, wire in bookings properly, move the content, and hand over something your team can edit without calling us. Then we launch it, carefully. PR-03
- Fast, accessible build with an editor your team already knows how to use
- Native booking journey per venue, menus editable by each kitchen
- Content migration, redirects, launch checklist, and two weeks of post-launch support
03 · Investment
Fixed fees, invoiced per phase
| Ref | Phase | Window | Share | Investment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PR-01 | Discovery: interviews, audit, brief and sitemap | Weeks 1–2 | 18.1% | £4,800 |
| PR-02 | Design: identity refresh, photography, full site design | Weeks 3–6 | 47.2% | £12,500 |
| PR-03 | Build: development, bookings, migration, launch | Weeks 7–10 | 34.7% | £9,200 |
| Total engagement | 100% | £26,500 |
All fees exclude VAT. Each phase is invoiced on completion, except phase one, which is invoiced 50% on signature. Photography, hosting for the first year, and two weeks of post-launch support are included; there is nothing waiting in the small print.
04 · Why us & next steps
We know this room
We are small on purpose. You will not be handed to an account team after the pitch; Elin leads the design, Tomas leads the build, and both of them ate at Quayside twice before writing a word of this. References from three hospitality clients are ready whenever you’d like to call them.
- Tell us this is broadly right, or tell us what isn’t. A thirty-minute call is plenty, and we’ll hold time any day the week of 10 Aug.
- Sign the one-page agreement attached to our covering email. We hold your slot in the studio calendar from signature.
- We start on Mon 14 Sep 2026: discovery interviews in your venues, launch before the December bookings rush.
This proposal, its pricing and the September start date are held for you until 31 Aug 2026. After that we’ll gladly re-quote, but the pre-Christmas launch window becomes hard to promise.
05 · Acceptance
Agreed and accepted
Sign below and return a copy with the one-page agreement, or accept by reply to our covering email and we’ll countersign the same day. Two signatures and a date are all this needs.
